​OUR PROGRAM REGISTRATION FEE
​
A $175 (Non-Refundable) fee is required for all services to hold your student's reservation for the entire school year. This ensures your student will have a seat all year. ​

MONTHLY PAYMENTS
​
Monthly billing is handled electronically using a major debit or credit card. Payments are due before transportation services begin each month. All monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month.

Split Payment Option for added flexibility, we offer a split payment option. The first payment is due on the 1st of the month and the second on the 14th. This option must be selected before services begin.
Billing Policy
Transportation fees are spread across ten monthly payments from August through May. If services begin after August 15, payments will continue through June to cover the full school year.
Automatic Payments
By enrolling, you authorize automatic monthly payments to the card on file. Please be sure to keep your payment information up to date while services are active.
Late or Failed Payments
If a payment is not successfully processed by the 3rd of the month, a $50 late fee will be applied and services will be temporarily suspended until the account is brought current.
Proration Policy
Monthly payments are not prorated. The full weekly or monthly rate applies regardless of how many days transportation is used, unless otherwise noted in your service agreement.
Billing Structure
Monthly billing is based on four weeks per month. Shorter months help balance months with additional service days.
Sick Child Pick-Up
We offer sick child pickup from school for $40-$50 per pickup. Please be sure the school has prior authorization allowing our team to assist with pickup.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel services, we ask for a minimum of two weeks’ notice via email. Without proper notice, refunds are not available. Once payments are made, services are expected to be used for the full month/weeks that have already been paid for.
