OUR PROGRAM REGISTRATION FEE

A $225 (Non-Refundable) fee is required for all services to hold your student's reservation for the entire school year. This ensures your student will have a seat all year. ​

​

MONTHLY PAYMENTS

 

All billing is done electronically monthly with a major debit or credit card and are due prior to service being rendered for the month.

We do offer a split monthly payment option where the 1st payment is due on the first of the month and the 2nd payment is due on the 14th of the month.  If you should elect this payment option, you must indicate that before services begin.

Payments are not prorated.  Whether you use our service 1 day per week,  5 days per week, 20 days per month or 10 days per month, you must pay for the full week or month of service. (unless contracted to transport less days than rate is charge accordingly)

 

Example: School is open Monday-Wednesday but closed Thursday-Friday. You are responsible for the entire week of service. Example: School is open December 1-18 but closed December 19-December 31 for Christmas Break. You are responsible for the entire month of service. The same applies for Spring Break, etc... 

 

Payments are billed for 4 weeks even though there are some months that transportation is for more than 20 days of service in the month.  Off days make up for these longer months.

 

All payments are due MONTHLY on the 1st day of each month. Please see FULL BILLING POLICY BELOW FOR COMPLETE DETAILS.

 

Student Shuttle offers a sick child pick up from school at $40 per pick up.  You will need to authorize the school to allow our company to pick up prior to pick up.

Billing Policy

Monthly transportation payments for the school year are divided over 10 months, August-May (rather than 10 months - September 1-June 1). If you begin your transportation services after August 15th, your payments will continue through June.  Our policy ensures that we can pay our staff for the entire school year through June, especially if the year is extended due to inclement weather makeup days.

 

Customer agrees that by using our services, automatic payments for the monthly transportation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on file and will be processed on the date due.  Customer agrees to keep an updated card on file with the company until services are no longer needed.

Please note that we have no desire to increase revenue by charging late fees or to suspend services due to non-payment but deem it very necessary if monthly payments are not made by the 3rd of each month.  Should your card payment decline, we will charge a $50 late fee and require another form of payment.  Services will be suspended until your account is made current.  One of our top priorities is to ensure that our staff members are very happy and compensated consistently and one time. This is the key to our staff staying with us for the entire school year and retaining GREAT DRIVERS!

REFUND POLICY/CANCELLATION POLICY

A two-week notice (2 weeks) must be provided VIA EMAIL in the event you wish to cancel transportation services.  WITHOUT THIS TWO WEEKS NOTICE, ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS IN ANY AMOUNT WILL BE GIVEN IF TRANSPORTATION SERVICE IS CANCELLED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE AGREED TERM (OR END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR).  ONCE PAYMENTS ARE MADE, YOU MUST UTILIZE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR AGREED UPON TERM.
